The Photography Excursions
Our photography holidays might take us to remote places where the risk of injury, accident, loss of property, discomfort and delay is higher. Your booking is therefore accepted on the condition that you are fully aware of this and accept all these elements of adventure travel. At any time during the photography excursion, the photography mentor can decide to change the itinerary or other aspects of the trip if this is required due to circumstances beyond his/her control. Whilst every effort will be made to make suitable alternative arrangements, we cannot be held responsible for such changes, nor for any refunds.
Focus on Sicilia or any of its suppliers cannot be made liable for the consequences of but not limited to weather conditions, flight cancellations, strikes, lost luggage, industrial action, wars, riots, sickness, quarantine, government intervention or other untoward occurrences. Any extra costs that may be incurred as a result, will be your responsibility and must be paid for accordingly. Travel and/or medical insurance may cover such occurrences, depending on the circumstances.
Fitness & Health
The photography excursions are not strenuous and anyone who is reasonably fit should be able to take part in most of the activities. There may be general fatigue due to long flights and changes in time zones. The participants will need to be sufficiently agile to climb in and out of the vehicle and be able to carry and manage their own equipment. We will be walking on uneven, unpaved surfaces and there will be short up- and down-hill hikes to the more remote locations.
If you have any special needs or any physical condition that you feel might prevent you from fully participating, please contact Focus on Sicilia prior to booking on email@example.com.
You should also be aware that medical services or facilities might not be readily available during all or part of your trip. This could include emergency medical care, presence of physicians, or adequate medication.

If in his/her opinion the behavior, functioning or attendance of one of the participants is harmful to the safety and welfare of the group, or hinders the fulfillment of the itinerary, the photography mentor may ask you to leave at any time without option to any refunds.
