Passport and Visa

Italy is part of the Schengen Zone. Please check the passport/visa requirements necessary to enter Italy/Schengen.

Please ensure that you have adequate and valid travel insurance that includes medical expenses and medical repatriation. We require a copy of your travel insurance prior to the start of the trip. Furthermore, we recommend you purchase cancellation insurance in case you have to cancel your trip due to unforeseen circumstances. Also check to see whether your travel insurance covers your equipment (most of the time this coverage is inadequate). Some home insurance policies will cover it, but if yours does not, we recommend you take out separate insurance for your expensive equipment.
